Learn the coverage advantages hidden within the BOP, and potential coverage dilemmas that exist for service, contracting, retail, processing, or manufacturing risks. Analyze what personal property is included within the building limit. Discover potential gaps that arise when insuring personal property. Examine the similarities and differences between CPP business income and extra expense coverage. Analyze the extent of protection provided for insureds under the liability coverage and how it differs from the CGL, and how Additional Insured endorsements can be used to modify coverage.
